L.R.E. tapped for eco-friendly concept home project

BROOKSVILLE, FLA. – L.R.E. Ground Services has been selected to provide the foundation-support system for an innovative eco-friendly green home being built in the Florida Panhandle town of Shalimar.

Designed by Eco-Smart, a nationally recognized distributor of green products and construction materials, the 5,620-square-foot concept home showcases the latest in green materials, technology and architecture … inside and out.

And because the home is being built near the Gulf of Mexico, it is vulnerable to hurricanes and storms that can undermine structural integrity.  To counter those effects, LRE has been hired to install a cutting-edge helical pier foundation system that not only will support the home, but will anchor the foundation in place.
